Working with us is simple! Six steps to success!
1.
Compliance & Procurement
Our team conducts a comprehensive Know Your Client process covering legal, juridical, risk assessment, and financial aspects of the transaction
2.
Commercial Procedures
We start with issuing a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) detailing terms and conditions, which clients accept through an Irrevocable Corporate Offer (ICPO)
3.
Juridical
Both legal teams agree on the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and validate financial instrument verbiages with financial institutions. The SPA is signed, stamped, legalized, and submitted with the Proforma Invoice (PI).
4.
Financial
The client’s financial institution contacts ours to issue the agreed financial instrument (LC at Sight, DLC, or SBLC), and receives the 2% Performance Bond. Our logistical team then starts the loading procedures.
5.
Documentary
POP documents are sent to the client’s financial institution, validated, and the final inspection occurs. The Final Commercial Invoice is issued, payments are executed and verified, and our logistical team initiates the title and risk transfer to the client, coordinating with Tank Farm Operators and Vessel Captain and Charter Party Operators.
6.
Logistics
The POP's are sent to the Client financial institution, the Client validates and proceeds with the final inspection and the Final Commercial Invoice is issued. The payment are executed and verified, our logistical team starts the title and risk transfer to the Client, always in coordination with the Tank Farm Operators and Vessel Captain and Charter Party Operators.
